The primary purpose of this meeting is to elect a new Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2017. Any eligible owner, (current with annual fee), unable to attend meeting may appoint another owner who will be in attendance at the meeting to cast his/her vote by proxy. Provided a quorum is present (including proxies), all eligible owners in attendance and all eligible owners represented by proxy, will be eligible for the drawing of six (6) cash awards of $50 each.
